License grant
Subject to these terms and payment where required, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use RabbitSubtitle. Creator and Creator Lifetime allow 1 active device; Studio and Enterprise Lifetime allow 3 active devices. Deactivate an old device before transferring an activation.
Free and commercial use
The Free tier is for personal, non-commercial evaluation under its export limits. Paid plans may be used for client and monetized work. You retain rights in your lawful source media and exported output; no rights to third-party material are granted.
Restrictions
Do not resell or share license keys, bypass activation or plan limits, remove notices, distribute modified proprietary binaries, use the software unlawfully, or attempt to obtain secrets or private signing keys. Reverse engineering remains permitted only where applicable law expressly prevents this restriction.
Updates and offline use
Subscription entitlements normally revalidate online and include a 7-day offline grace period for temporary outages. Lifetime update eligibility ends 12 calendar months after purchase, while the versions already obtained remain licensed. Updates may require a supported Windows version.
Third-party components
Open-source components remain governed by their own notices and licenses. External AI and payment services operate under their own terms. RabbitSubtitle does not include third-party usage fees.
Termination
This license ends after a full refund, provider expiration, administrative revocation for fraud or material breach, or your voluntary removal. Cancellation alone does not end access before the paid period expires. Sections that must logically survive termination continue to apply.
