RabbitSubtitle is an individually operated software project based in Taiwan. The formal legal name and any address or tax details required by applicable law must be published before live checkout is enabled. The official legal, billing, refund, and support contact is fishanyvalue@gmail.com.
Checkout and prices
Paid orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Website prices are shown in USD; taxes and locally available payment methods are calculated at checkout. A checkout return page is not proof of payment. Access is granted only after a signed payment webhook or equivalent provider confirmation.
Plans, renewals, and updates
Creator permits 1 active device; Studio permits 3 active devices and is not sold as three user accounts. Subscriptions renew for the displayed period until cancelled. Lifetime licenses keep the purchased version permanently and include feature updates for 12 calendar months from purchase; future paid major versions are not promised.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate checkout and activation information, protect your license key and API keys, follow the Acceptable Use Policy, and obtain rights for media and text you process. OpenAI, HeyGen, or other third-party accounts and usage charges are separate.
Availability and changes
The software is provided with the compatibility and limitations disclosed on the site. We may provide security fixes, change future features, or discontinue future sales. We will not knowingly publish an artifact with a broken signature, hash mismatch, or malware detection.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RabbitSubtitle is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer, privacy, or statutory rights in your jurisdiction.
