Who handles data
RabbitSubtitle is operated from Taiwan and can be contacted at fishanyvalue@gmail.com. Cloudflare hosts the website and API. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax, receipts, subscriptions, refunds, and license-key delivery. Connected AI providers process requests under their own terms.
Local media and AI requests
Original video and audio are processed by the Windows application on your computer and are not uploaded to the RabbitSubtitle website. Text or media sent to an AI provider depends on the feature and provider you choose. Your OpenAI API key is stored by the Windows application using Windows-protected storage and is not stored by this website.
Website and license records
We store the minimum needed to operate licensing and prevent abuse: provider order, product, variant, subscription and license references; billing and access status; purchase and update dates; salted device hashes; activation timestamps and app version; webhook processing records; and limited pseudonymous analytics. We do not store card data, plaintext license keys, webhook secrets, raw hardware identifiers, or unnecessary address data.
Purpose, retention, and sharing
Records are used to fulfill orders, enforce device limits, provide support, issue refunds, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Payment records are retained as required by law and dispute windows; licensing records remain while access or disputes may exist. Data is shared only with necessary processors, authorities when legally required, or a successor subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security and international processing
We use encrypted transport, restricted secrets, signed webhook verification, pseudonymous device identifiers, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. Providers may process data outside Taiwan under their contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Some billing and fraud-prevention records must be retained. Email fishanyvalue@gmail.com with your checkout email and request; never send a password, API key, or identity document unless a secure channel is specifically arranged.
