14-day requests
Contact fishanyvalue@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the checkout email, order number, product, and a short description. Do not include an API key or full license key. We will review the request promptly; mandatory local cooling-off or remedy rights still apply where they are stronger.
Eligible problems
Duplicate charges, activation failure, an unresolved material defect, or complete blocking by Smart App Control or company policy because the disclosed Windows build is unsigned are eligible for review. We may first offer reasonable troubleshooting that does not require disabling Defender, SmartScreen, Smart App Control, or company controls.
Subscriptions and partial refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the paid period. Access normally continues through that period. A partial refund is recorded but does not revoke the license. A full refund stops new activations, online validation, and update access.
Lifetime and offline copies
A fully offline lifetime copy already downloaded cannot be remotely erased. After a full refund, you must stop using and delete it; online validation and new activation will be revoked. This technical limitation is disclosed and does not reduce legal obligations.
Abuse and disputes
Refunds may be denied where law permits for fraud, license sharing, deliberate security bypass, or continued use after a full refund. Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate, but this does not waive any right to dispute an unauthorized charge.
